PRIVACY POLICY

This policy covers Table Ready, an app by Three Birds Studios LLC ("we"). Table Ready is a free app that teaches casino table games with pretend practice chips. Table Ready does not offer real-money gambling. You can't buy chips, win prizes, or cash anything out.

What stays on your phone

Your progress, comp points, practice chip balance, player profile answers, Trip List, saved strategies and lucky numbers are stored on your device. We don't receive them unless you choose to share them, as described below. Deleting the app deletes this data. You can also clear it any time in Me, Reset all progress.

What you can choose to share

If you fill in the comps and room offers form and tick the consent box, we share the following with the casino partner named on that form, so they can send you offers:

• Your first name and email address
• Your planned arrival date
• Your player profile answers, such as how often you play and your usual bet range
• Your Trip List: the games, strategies and lucky numbers you saved

You can withdraw consent at any time from the same form, and you can ask us to delete anything we've shared by emailing us.

What we don't do

• No real-money transactions, and we never ask for payment details.
• No location tracking, and no access to your contacts, photos, camera or microphone.
• We don't sell your personal information.

Age

Table Ready is for adults 21 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects information you've already shared, we'll ask for your consent again.
